Ludford Drive, Telford

Our client wanted to move from Malta and live closer to loved ones in Telford. In just 12 weeks we created a bespoke, self-contained apartment by converting an existing garage, extending the building to the rear, and adding a second-story extension. The new living room, kitchen, shower room, and bedroom were all finished to a high standard with extra touches added such as an under-stairs storage cupboard and built-in wardrobes.

Marley Close

A luxury garden building was constructed to provide our client with extra entertaining space. It was constructed under permitted development rights with power, drainage, and water supplies included. It's a solid building with insulated walls and floor and is heated so it can be used all year round. Clad in wood and with down-lights, it’s an attractive and useful addition to the garden that can be used as a home office, playroom, or teenager hang-out.

Marley Close, Wolverhampton

We added this huge, 70m2 extension to the rear of our client’s home to create a luxury, open-plan kitchen, living room, dining room, downstairs study, and 5th bedroom with en-suite on the first floor. Bifold doors and two large skylights smoothly connected the inside with the outside and brought natural light to the rooms. This exciting project was completed over the summer and has significantly increased the value of the property.

speedwell Ridge, Telford

This project was entirely managed by us to increase the value of an existing two-bedroom property. We added 30m2 to the side and created a third bedroom, a luxury family bathroom, and a more spacious hallway. The additions were designed and completed by our team and included gaining planning permission and building regulations. Everything was finished to a high standard and the improvements have increased the saleability of the property.

Project Proposal

A preliminary proposal will be presented during the preliminary design phase. Upon completion of the design, plans, selections and specifications, an estimate of the cost of your envisioned project is provided. Unless there are major changes to the overall scope of the project, we can expect that the preliminary cost that we provide at the beginning of design, will be consistent with the final cost after construction documents.
