Kobmat developments and the team did an outstanding job of decorating my parents house. They had a big task in their hands when they revealed an array of damp in the house. Despite this they worked very hard to get the task completed in the minimum time given to them. They also took a lot of odd jobs in the house (you know the those little annoying ones you never get round to finishing off) they were very helpful indeed. They were also tidied up after themselves, and were very trustworthy. We will definitely use them again.

Upon acceptance of the Professional Pre-Construction Services Agreement, design meetings will be held with you and the design professionals, i.e., Architect, Interior Designer and a kobmat Builders Project Management Team Member.

Our goal is to meet as much of your needs and wants, as well as to be good stewards of the targeted investment.

Step 5
Project Proposal

A preliminary proposal will be presented during the preliminary design phase. Upon completion of the design, plans, selections and specifications, an estimate of the cost of your envisioned project is provided. Unless there are major changes to the overall scope of the project, we can expect that the preliminary cost that we provide at the beginning of design, will be consistent with the final cost after construction documents.
