Kobmat was founded in early 2020 to offer an end-to-end construction service. Bringing together some of the most experienced and qualified designers, project managers, and tradesmen, we are proud of the team we have created.

We are based in Telford and serve the surrounding area within a 25-mile radius. That includes the towns of Wolverhampton, Stafford, Bridgnorth, Shifnal, and the areas in between.

Create Design

Upon acceptance of the Professional Pre-Construction Services Agreement, design meetings will be held with you and the design professionals, i.e., Architect, Interior Designer and a kobmat Builders Project Management Team Member.

Our goal is to meet as much of your needs and wants, as well as to be good stewards of the targeted investment.

Step 5
Project Proposal

A preliminary proposal will be presented during the preliminary design phase. Upon completion of the design, plans, selections and specifications, an estimate of the cost of your envisioned project is provided. Unless there are major changes to the overall scope of the project, we can expect that the preliminary cost that we provide at the beginning of design, will be consistent with the final cost after construction documents.

Post Construction
