How Long Until My Investment Is Returned?

This type of property investment is more short-term than other property investments. Once the project is finished, the property is sold and at this point, the original investment plus the extra profit is returned to you. With other property investments, such as rental homes and HMO ownership, the money is tied up for longer periods.

Project Proposal

A preliminary proposal will be presented during the preliminary design phase. Upon completion of the design, plans, selections and specifications, an estimate of the cost of your envisioned project is provided. Unless there are major changes to the overall scope of the project, we can expect that the preliminary cost that we provide at the beginning of design, will be consistent with the final cost after construction documents.
